Delivery Times and Charges

'FREE' POSTAGE IS FOR THE UK MAINLAND ONLY!

Here at Nic-Ola Nostalgia the delivery charges are 'FREE' the web site price is the price you pay, this price is the same if you collect the goods in person.

Free postage is within the UK MAINLAND ONLY, all other locations should contact us via the contact us page for a delivery quote for your location.

Most items are dispatched on an expected next working day courier service signature required (once dispatched) most goods are delivered within 15 days from order date but some goods can take up to 28 days (we would notify you if delivery is expected to exceed 15 days) if needed sooner please contact us by using the contact us page to check current stock and expected delivery time of that particular product as our stocks change regular.

Delivery is normally Monday to Friday and in most cases a signature is required.

Saturday delivery can be arranged but a surcharge applies and you would need to contact us first via the contact us page.

Signing for your goods at the door, PLEASE READ this is VERY important!

IMPORTANT! When you sign for your goods at the door please check the condition of the shipping box / packaging, if the external packaging shows ANY signs of damage no matter how small then your goods may well also be damaged so you must either inspect it or sign as ‘UNCHECKED’ or ‘BOX DAMAGED’ and NOT YOUR NAME, as once you have signed your name you accept the item is in satisfactory condition and no claim can be made for damaged in transit, Please also tell anyone else who may sign for your goods on your behalf! All damaged goods must be notified to us within 48 hours from receipt.

We will Email or Text you before dispatch with an estimated delivery date so please make sure we have your correct Email address and or mobile number, also if possible a land line contact number as our courier requires this.

Please remember the Free delivery is for UK Mainland only!

Off the UK mainland ALSO includes NORTHERN IRELAND, REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS, ISLE OF MAN, ISLE OF WIGHT & some SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS.

Please also note; Scottish islands and the highlands will be subject to a delivery charge!
